    Nemesia cheiranthus leaves

    Nemesia cheiranthus leaves
    Author: Ivan Lätti
    Photographer: Thabo Maphisa

The Nemesia cheiranthus stem leaves in picture are opposite, sessile and tapering to slightly rounded tips that curve down; in this case not toothed.

Sparsely distributed with such long, orange or red internodes, the leaf-pairs are decussate in position, perpendicular to the previous pair. This soft herb is annual (Manning, 2007; iNaturalist).
