Moraea minor played by the beetles

Moraea minor played by the beetles
    Author: Ivan Lätti
    Photographer: Thabo Maphisa

Insect visits are important to flowers rather than pleasant, as matric exams are to adolescents. These beetles are having a ball. They may not leave the Moraea minor flower in the same condition as they found it.

Occupational hazards exist in the flowering business as everywhere else. For no species occupies its position on earth only for itself (Manning and Goldblatt, 1996; Bond and Goldblatt, 1984; iNaturalist).
