    The stalked flowers of Cassine peragua grow in many-flowered axillary heads near branch tips, the heads from 5 mm to 3,5 cm long. The flower is small ( 5 mm in diameter), cream to white, the five oblong petals having rounded tips, spreading widely. The white stamens also spread around the superior green ovary.

    Flowering happens from the end of summer to the end of autumn (Coates Palgrave, 2002; Van Wyk and Van Wyk, 1997; Schmidt, et al, 2002).
