    Moraea gawleri leaves

    Moraea gawleri leaves
    Author: Ivan Lätti
    Photographer: Louis Jordaan

Moraea gawleri usually bears from one to three leaves that are often trailing. They are narrow, from 1 mm to 6 mm wide and usually with wavy, even crinkly margins. The usually channelled leaves don’t have midribs (Curtis-Scott, et al, 2020; Vlok and Schutte-Vlok, 2015; Manning, 2007; iNaturalist).
