    Stilbe vestita leaves

    Stilbe vestita leaves
    Author: Ivan Lätti
    Photographer: Uri Mitrani

The simple leaves of Stilbe vestita grow ascending or spreading in whorls of five or six up the erect stems.

The ericoid leaves are narrow and acutely pointed with two grooves in the lower surfaces. The leaf margins are rolled under, the tips often curving in (Manning, 2007; Bean and Johns, 2005; Andrew, 2017; iNaturalist; JSTOR; https://pza.sanbi.org).
