Crassula dichotoma leaf blotches and flower colours

Crassula dichotoma leaf blotches and flower colours
    Author: Ivan Lätti
    Photographer: Thabo Maphisa

Dark markings on Crassula dichotoma leaves and sepals may be more like children’s drawings of flowers than spots. Leaf colour or whitish gaps in the dot centres are more rule than exception in the clear dots in picture, more red purple than brown in the photo.

Pastel shades predominate on the leaf surfaces in view, hinting at pink and yellow, while stating green with less hesitation on some parts (Frandsen, 2017; Smith, et al, 2017; Le Roux, et al, 2005; Manning and Goldblatt, 1997; iNaturalist).
