The leaves of Curio repens are thickly succulent and erect, growing from many branched stems in dense mounds or mats. Nearly cylindrical, the leaves are flatter on their inner surfaces than their rounded backs, somewhat obovate in shape and tapering to nearly cone-shaped tips.

The leaves are whitish to grey-green or grey-blue, often with purple near their tips, accentuated along the veins (Van Jaarsveld, et al, 2006; Bond and Goldblatt, 1984; iSpot).
