New stem tip growth of what is presumably Anginon difforme shows short, broad bracts subtending the emerging leaf tuft. The leaf tips in picture are pointed and yellow.

If these leaves can be confirmed as blue-green, not green, the plant would not be A. difforme. There are Anginon plants with green older leaves, blue-green young ones.

    A. swellendamensis leaves are much more glaucus than the ones seen here and pinnate (Coates Palgrave, 2002; Manning, 2007; iSpot).
