The long, narrow leaves of Aspidoglossum biflorum ascend about stalkless in opposite, well-spaced pairs on upper stems. The pale cream leaf midribs are prominent on the lower surfaces where they are also hairy, sunken on top. The margins are rolled under.

The blades are from 2,5 cm to 7,5 cm long and from 1 mm to 4 mm wide (Leistner, (Ed.), 2000; iNaturalist; https://www.worldfloraonline.org).
