Crassula congesta subsp. laticephala new leaf colouring

Crassula congesta subsp. laticephala new leaf colouring
    Author: Ivan Lätti
    Photographer: Louis Jordaan

Four vertical arrays of down-curved Crassula congesta subsp. laticephala leaves taper to their pointed tips.

New growth at the top is deep purple-red. The full leaf-shape is still to be achieved by the latest decussate pairs at the top, soon to transform to grey-green with faint mottling (Frandsen, 2017; Vlok and Schutte-Vlok, 2015; iNaturalist).
