    The flower in picture is thought to be Watsonia pillansii. The orange red tepals spread somewhat and curve in slightly, the inner whorl of three tepals slightly bigger than the outer ones. The trumpet-shaped tubular corollas have their tepals joined at the base in a tube, initially narrow as they protrude from the bracts. The bracts are here dark red, may also be green.

    The stem zigzags in picture from flower to flower (Pooley, et al, 2025; Manning, 2009; Pooley, 1998; Gledhill, 1981; iNaturalist).
