Cleretum papulosum subsp. schlechteri red stalks

The pedicels of the Cleretum papulosum subsp. schlechteri flowers are dull pinkish red in picture. Scattered, large surface cells covering the leaves are also present on the stalks, albeit sparsely.

Some of the leaves in picture also have red petioles but much shorter than the flower pedicels (Le Roux, et al, 2005; iNaturalist).
